Tessa Thompson
Tessa Lynn Thompson is an American actress born on September 3rd, 1983 in Los Angeles. Thompson is the daughter of Marc Anthony Thompson (a singer/songwriter) as well as the grandchild of Bobby Ramos, an actor/musician. She grew up at home in Los Angeles before moving to Brooklyn, New York. Her mother comes from Mexican as well as British Isles family heritage, whereas her father is an Afro-Panamanian. Thompson was part of numerous productions during her time at Santa Monica High School. Following her graduation, she enrolled at Santa Monica College where she obtained a degree in cultural Anthropology. The role she played was Juliet in Shakespeare's play "Romeo and Juliet" in a play that was staged by the Boston Court Theatre in Pasadena, California. That same year, her performance earned recognition with the NAACP Theatre Nomination. Tessa made her debut on TV in 2005. She was on the show as on a CBS Series.
